1. Service Description

CDNMac provides cloud Mac rentals powered by Apple silicon. Each confirmed order is for one dedicated physical Mac, not a virtual machine. The service is also subject to the location, rental period, and add-ons selected in the order.

The current base configuration available for purchase is CDNMac M4, with an M4 chip, 16 GB of memory, and a 256 GB SSD. The public website shows the available catalog; real-time availability, delivery details, and add-ons are determined by the results displayed in the console during checkout and on the order page.

You receive access to and management permissions for the device during the agreed rental period; you do not acquire ownership of it. Unless CDNMac expressly confirms otherwise, the service does not include project development, code changes, software license procurement, signing asset management, or app publishing on your behalf.

2. Orders & Delivery

Before placing an order, check the model, location, rental period, SSD upgrade, and number of Thunderbolt 5 links. Once an order enters checkout, the configuration summary shown there confirms the scope of that purchase.

Catalog configurations are generally available to order, but actual availability is reported in real time by the console. Delivery times, order and device status, and the final selection of options are as shown at checkout and on the order page. Information on the public website does not replace the order confirmation.

Provide an email address that can receive service notifications, and keep your order ID safe. If the configuration summary is incorrect, go back and update it before paying. To change the location, rental period, or add-ons after payment, submit a console support ticket with your original order details and requested configuration. Our team will check what changes are possible.

3. Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). The base model, rental period, and add-ons are priced separately. The order details generated at checkout and the final amount due are authoritative.

CDNMac accepts USDT-TRC20 and card payments with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex processed through Stripe. Available payment gateways are determined by the options returned at checkout.

Before confirming payment, check the receiving network, amount, order number, and payment page details. If you selected the wrong network, entered incorrect information, or paid more than once, submit a console support ticket with your order ID and relevant transaction records. Do not submit complete payment credentials through public forms.

4. Renewals, Expiry & Cancellation

Renewal does not happen automatically. Check your current rental period in the console and follow the order page instructions to confirm the renewal period, configuration, and amount due. Your order status confirms whether the renewal was successful.

When your rental period ends, device access may stop and related working directories may no longer be accessible. Before expiry, export your project code, redacted logs, build artifacts, and any other data you need to keep. Make sure the exported files can be opened from your own storage.

Submit cancellation requests through a console support ticket, including your order ID, the scope of the cancellation, and the reason. Whether cancellation is available, when it takes effect, and how billing is handled depend on the order status, resources already delivered, and applicable rules. Submitting a request does not mean the cancellation is complete.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your project code, developer accounts, certificates, provisioning profiles, access keys, automation tokens, software licenses, and build artifacts. Make sure you use these materials in accordance with applicable rules and the relevant authorizations.

Apply the principle of least privilege when managing SSH, VNC, and CI/CD credentials. Keep working directories and keys separate for different repositories, and promptly rotate or remove credentials when personnel, projects, or rental periods change.

Determine for yourself whether the M4 chip, 16 GB of memory, and base storage in CDNMac M4 meet your workload needs. Plan ahead for SSD upgrades, cleanup policies, and external backups if you work with large dependencies or datasets, or generate logs over an extended period.

Do not include unnecessary private keys, access tokens, certificate passwords, or other sensitive authentication data in support requests. For troubleshooting, provide the time of the issue, selected location, steps to reproduce, and redacted log excerpts.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use or help others use the service for unauthorized access, privilege escalation, malware distribution, credential theft, resource abuse, fraud, or infringement of others’ legal rights.

Do not disrupt the normal operation of locations, networks, hardware, monitoring systems, or other users’ services. Do not generate sustained abnormal traffic, undermine service stability, or attempt to access devices or data outside your order.

If CDNMac detects activity that may affect service security or other users, it may take necessary steps such as restricting connections, isolating workloads, or suspending access, and may ask you to explain the situation through a channel associated with your order. Serious or repeated violations of these terms may result in termination of the service.

7. Operations & Support

Locations are designed to run continuously, 365 days a year, with no scheduled downtime. To address security incidents, hardware failures, or network issues, CDNMac may take necessary diagnostic, isolation, repair, equipment adjustment, or access restriction measures. We will share information through the service status page or an order-associated channel where possible.

Support primarily covers checking device status, connection assistance, access credential issues, hardware and network troubleshooting, and reasonable guidance on Xcode, Command Line Tools, dependency lockfiles, available disk space, and build logs.

You are responsible for your project’s business logic, third-party code hosting services, developer accounts, certificates and provisioning profiles, software licenses, and app review content. Our support team can help identify environmental limitations, but does not maintain your project code or third-party service configurations for you.

When submitting a support request, include your order ID, location, when the issue occurred, steps to reproduce, expected result, and redacted logs. For existing orders, submit issues through a console support ticket whenever possible so the request can be linked to device records.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CDNMac is not liable beyond what that law requires for indirect losses, loss of expected profits or business opportunities, or losses caused by your configurations or actions, or by interruptions to third-party services.

Keep independent backups of your project code, build logs, certificates, keys, and build artifacts. Do not use a rented device as your only storage location. You assume the associated risk of data loss caused by failing to export data in time, accidental deletion, compromised credentials, or missing backups.

If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it through discussion by emailing support@cdnmac.com or submitting a console support ticket with the order ID and relevant facts. If they cannot reach an agreement, the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based will apply, and the dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

9. Changes & Contact

CDNMac may update these terms to reflect changes to the service scope, billing process, security requirements, or applicable obligations. Updated versions will state their effective date. Any specific terms agreed for existing orders will continue to apply.

Continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop placing new orders and, before your current rental period ends, export any data you need and clean up your accounts and credentials as needed.

For questions about these terms, orders, billing, or service scope, email us at support@cdnmac.com. For issues with an existing order or device, sign in to the console and submit a support ticket with your order ID and relevant context.
