1. Scope

This policy covers data processing when you visit cdnmac.com, browse public pages, send an inquiry through the website, or contact CDNMac by email or through the console for support.

When you view orders, device status, invoices, or submit a support ticket in the Console, any specific data notices shown in the relevant interface also apply. If a feature provides more detailed information before collecting data, that information supplements this policy.

This policy does not change your responsibility for managing project code, development tool settings, build materials, and artifacts. Our cloud Macs are dedicated physical machines, not virtual machines; however, the hardware itself does not mean CDNMac actively reads or processes all data on them.

2. Data We Collect

Contact and identity data may include your name, reply email address, inquiry category, and any purpose, issue summary, or other contact details you choose to provide. When you create a support request, we may also process its ticket number and related correspondence.

Service-related data may include an order reference, selected location, rental term, base configuration, and add-on names. The order reference helps us identify which service your request concerns; you do not need to provide full payment details in a public form.

Technical data may include your device and browser type, page visit records, necessary security logs, when an issue occurred, connection method, reproduction steps, and redacted build logs you choose to submit. Public pages will not ask you to provide private keys, tokens, certificate passwords, or other secrets in plaintext.

Location information is used only to deliver the service, identify requests, and provide support. Available locations are Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, the US East Coast, and the US West Coast. Your Console record shows the location selected for a specific order.

3. How We Use Data

We use necessary data to provide cloud Mac rentals, link orders to devices, verify the source of requests, and show information about your selected physical location and rental term.

We use contact details and support messages to help with pre-sales planning, connection issues, build environment troubleshooting, location-related questions, and billing queries. We prioritize order references, timestamps, and redacted logs when investigating issues, and avoid asking for information unrelated to your request.

Device, browser, and security records may help us detect unusual access, protect Console sessions, investigate service incidents, improve page usability, and meet the legal, billing, and record-keeping obligations necessary to operate the platform.

4. Build Content Boundaries

You are responsible for managing project code, certificates, keys, provisioning profiles, build logs, and build artifacts. Decide which materials may be placed on a cloud Mac based on your team’s access controls, and export any code, logs, and artifacts you need to keep before your rental ends.

Do not include source code unrelated to troubleshooting, complete configuration files, private keys in plaintext, access tokens, certificate passwords, or payment details in support requests. Before submitting logs, remove credentials from repository URLs, environment variable values, personal information, and other unnecessary sensitive content.

If troubleshooting requires a specific log excerpt, share only the minimum needed to reproduce the issue and include the time, location, steps taken, and expected result. CDNMac does not require your full project to offer general connection or build guidance.

5. Data Sharing & Processors

We share relevant data with processors only as needed to deliver the service, protect security, process payments in USD, operate infrastructure, or meet compliance requirements. Processing is limited by applicable agreements, access controls, and defined responsibilities.

Payments are accepted only in USDT-TRC20 or by Visa, Mastercard, and Amex processed through Stripe. Available payment gateways are shown at checkout. CDNMac does not collect full card details or digital-asset wallet private keys.

We do not use support request data for unrelated purposes unless needed to provide a service you requested, protect the platform and users, meet necessary obligations, or respond to a legally valid request.

6. Retention & Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, verify orders, resolve support and billing questions, maintain security, settle disputes, and meet necessary obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the purpose, sensitivity, and applicable requirements for each record.

When data is no longer needed for these purposes and there is no valid reason to retain it, we delete it, anonymize it, or restrict its use in accordance with our procedures. Data in backups may remain until it is securely overwritten through the established rotation cycle.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you. To prevent someone else from impersonating you, we may ask for the information needed to verify your request, such as your reply email, order reference, selected location, or ticket number. We will not ask you to provide secrets in plaintext.

7. Security

We apply access controls and the principle of least privilege based on how data is used. Public pages, Console activity, support operations, and infrastructure management are separated by responsibility, and staff and systems are restricted from accessing data they do not need.

Safeguards include protections for data in transit, credential management, access logging, appropriate audits, anomaly detection, and incident response processes. We adapt specific measures as our service architecture, data types, and risk profile change.

All internet-connected systems require ongoing risk management. You should also use unique, rotatable access credentials, restrict connection sources, isolate keys and working directories for different repositories, and promptly remove certificates and tokens you no longer use.

8. Updates & Contact

This policy takes effect on September 1, 2026. If our data processing, service features, or applicable obligations change, we will update the version and effective date on this page. We will explain significant changes through an appropriate page notice or Console notification.

Send privacy requests to support@cdnmac.com, or log in to the Console and submit a support ticket. Include the type of request, a reply email address, and an order reference or ticket number to help us verify it. Do not include private keys, tokens, certificate passwords, or full payment details.

This policy and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based and will be handled by courts with jurisdiction there.
