Support Request Routing

Share the details once to reach the right support queue

Presales advice, node and latency questions, technical troubleshooting, and billing issues each require different details. Choose a topic to prepare a structured email. For existing orders or device issues, submit a ticket in the console.

What to include

Different issues need different details

The easier an issue is to reproduce, the fewer follow-up questions we’ll need. Share only what’s relevant; don’t include sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

Presales advice

Describe your build workload

  • Number of builds queued or running concurrently
  • Estimated build time and runs per day
  • Code hosting platform and automation tools
  • Whether you need SSH, VNC, or both
  • Whether the standard 256GB SSD meets your cache and artifact needs

Only CDNMac M4 is currently available: M4, 16GB RAM, and 256GB SSD. Larger storage is available as a fixed add-on at checkout.

Technical support

Share reproducible steps and redacted logs

  • When the issue occurred and which node you selected
  • Steps to reproduce the issue from a working state
  • Relevant commands, exit codes, and log timestamps
  • Specific symptoms with your local network, SSH, or VNC
  • How the expected result differs from what happened

Do not share private keys, access tokens, certificate passwords, or unredacted project secrets. For long logs, include only the relevant excerpts in your email or ticket.

Billing questions

Review the order details

  • Order ID and selected rental term
  • Base configuration: CDNMac M4
  • Selected node and order status
  • +1TB SSD, +2TB SSD, or Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chain name
  • Billing line item or checkout step to review

Never include full payment credentials in a public form. Available payment gateways and the order total are shown in the console.

Existing orders

Use console tickets for device and order issues

Console tickets keep your order, device details, and support history together. If you already have a ticket, reply in that thread with when it happened, steps to reproduce it, and redacted logs. Don’t create another request for the same issue.

Use a ticket for Device status, connection issues, order records, billing checks
Use email for Presales advice, node recommendations, pre-purchase setup questions
Replies & follow-up

Requests are handled by queue, with updates in the same thread

Handling order depends on the issue type, how complete the details are, and current queue volume. We don’t promise a fixed response time. If we need more information, we’ll follow up in the same email or ticket thread.

01 Get a request ID

The structured form generates an ID in your browser and adds it to the email subject, making it easier to keep the conversation together.

02 Route to the right queue

Presales, node, technical, and billing questions go to their respective queues. For existing orders, use a console ticket to link the request to your records.

03 Continue in the same thread

If we ask a follow-up question, reply to the original email or ticket with the time it happened, reproduction results, and redacted logs.

Final check before sending

Make sure your reply-to address works, the issue summary is clear, and the node and rental term are correct. Remove any unnecessary keys, tokens, certificate passwords, or payment credentials.

Configuration confirmed? Start your order

The only configuration currently available is CDNMac M4: M4, 16GB RAM, and 256GB SSD. Choose from six nodes and rent by the day, week, month, or quarter.
